India is reacting though quite late to the Infrastructure woes of the Country. New Airports, upgrading Airports, New Ports, upgrading ports, Major road projects across and including privatizing most of these projects. Real Estate is growing at a scary pace and perhaps justified. The boom, which is seen across sectors, is reflecting most on Infrastructure and Real Estate. Most of the Indian players come from un-organized or Family business background. All have to get organized and even Professional, with large multinationals coming in, they don't have much choice. Either they have to get ready to face the competition and get bigger and better or they may make some wealth in the short run but may not sustain in the long run.

Challenges are in plenty and good part of this is its growth challenges and new challenges which are different from what we have seen in the past.
