A Woman may represent different positions and demand different respect across Nationalities and Societies but within the corporate world globally, she is growing into more powerful positions and roles. More Women are becoming entrepreneurs as well. Politics may still demand reservation for Women in India but with in the Corporate world her position is far changing and its more importantly growing.

It has not been easy, through multiple glass ceilings and challenges both personal and professional, a Woman need not seek challenges and Challenges seek her in here.

Lately many a corporate by design is seeking for more balanced diversity ratio in their work force. There are more women who have made it to Management team and perhaps it's not a satisfactory number but it is on the rise.
